I recently enjoyed lunch at https://allfoodmenuprices.org/cheesecake-factory-menu-prices/ behind the Quakerbridge Mall in Lawrenceville, New Jersey with my spouse. I’ll need to say, I was disappointed with the appearance of the restaurant, but happy with the food, service and pricing. It’s not a bad place for couples to enjoy a nice meal for $30, but there are some glaring issues that might be turn offs for other clients.
Let’s begin with the positives. The service was great! We were seated immediately, and waited will no longer than a few minutes before our waitress took our drink order. She was among the best waitresses We have ever encountered, just about the most patient, probably the most professional. It absolutely was clear that she cares about her customers’ needs. We noticed that our napkins were dirty, had crumbs to them, and our table had crumbs into it. My wife’s bread plate had crumbs into it. Okay, that’s a poor, but it fits the discussion. The waitress apologized, immediately took away our dirty plates and napkins and replaced them with clean ones.
I ordered the Factory Burger, which is a hamburger, covered with cheddar cheese, served on the wheat loaf topped with sliced almonds. Fascinating! We have never eaten a hamburger on a wheat loaf. It was a fantastic burger, perhaps a tad too much pepper, nevertheless it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked only the way I requested. The meal was included with a small, tin canister of shoestring french-fried potatoes, which were crispy and delicious!
My spouse ordered the Skinnylicious Chicken Pasta, which is made with Gemelli Pasta sauteed chicken breasts, fresh basil and fresh tomatoes. Warning to all customers! The chefs on the Cheesecake Factory LOVE pepper! My partner sent her food back as it was too spicy. The waitress was so patient and kind about utilizing the dish back and replacing it with a new one without any pepper. We can’t fault the chefs for that one! They will serve it for you without pepper should you request it that way. My spouse never specified no pepper. Okay, that certain was on us! So, if you order the Skinnylicious Chicken Pasta, and also you are certainly not keen on spicy food, be sure to specifically ask for no pepper.
Incidentally, the cost of that meal was just over $30. That was very affordable! I was a little confused concerning who exactly was serving us. Our waitress took our order and checked on us frequently, but somebody else brought our food to us. In reality, one third unknown person presented my wife’s replacement dish. The amount of people have to be involved for just two customers? We were speaking to a waiter and didn’t know his name. I guess I was able to have asked, having said that i am keen on the wait staff wearing name tags. Not one of them in the restaurant were wearing name tags. I just think it adds an individual touch for your customer.
I mentioned this earlier, but the table had crumbs on it, and our napkins had crumbs on them. In addition, the ground round the restaurant was filthy, the silverware had spots into it, the wait staff was dressed up in all white (uggh) and also the greeters were dressed in all black (uggh).
The largest issue was the menu. It’s too complicated! Pages and pages of items, wines, specials, etc. The waitress even commented on the menu’s girth. My partner has eaten in the Cheesecake Factory before, so she has a favorite item jpnvlz the menu, which she ordered in the interest of time. I felt like I used to be reading a novel as opposed to a menu! I felt rushed as if I needed to simply hurry up and pick something. I actually have without doubt that everything on the menu is tasty, but for those in a rush, it may be an issue.
Okay, to sum it, the food at https://www.thecheesecakefactory.com/menu/ was delicious, the service was great, the pricing was reasonable, nevertheless the menu was too large and the appearance was sloppy and unkempt.
I am not keen on looking at or wearing someone else’s leftovers. That was a massive shut off to me! That left a poor first impression for me personally! It’s not something which even great food or great service can overcome, in my view. I will not rush to The Cheesecake Factory at this particular location. I might eat there should i be in that area, however i will never go out of my way to eat there in the future.
